Walk- in Interview for Non – Teaching Contractual Posts
A walk-in-interview will be conducted on 28/01/2013 and on 29/01/2013 for various posts  in IIT Indore (MP) :

Junior Engineer (Civil) :  05 Posts (Consolidated Salary of Rs.23200/- p.m)
Junior Engineer (Electrical) : 04 Posts (Consolidated Salary of Rs.23200/- p.m)
Junior Assistants : 02 Posts – (Consolidated salary Rs.13200 p.m)
Attendants : 02 posts – (Consolidated Salary Rs.9600 p.m)
Walk-In-Interview  : Interested candidates may appear for walk-in interview along with original certificates on the aforesaid date at IIT Indore M-Block, IET – DAVV Campus, Khandwa Road, Indore from 9.30am – 10.30 am :
General Instructions:
1. The candidate with the experience in CPWD procedure.
2. Experience should be in the field of estimation of electrical construction and maintenance of HT and LT lines, electrical installation and commissioning of substation, DG, UPS etc,.
3. Experience in reputed Engineering/ Technical Institute of National Importance likeIITs/IISERs/IISC/NITs and similar Central Govt.

Professor Pradeep Mathur received his Bachelor’s degree in Science (Chemistry Honours) from the Polytechnic of North London, University of North London, U.K., in 1978 and the Doctor of Philosophy (Chemistry) from Keele University, U. K., in 1983. He joined IIT Bombay as a member of the Faculty in the Department of Chemistry in 1984 and moved over to IIT Indore as its Director in January 2010.In keeping with India’s vision to become a world leader in science and Technology and to usher in a new revolution, resulting in an unprecedented economic growth, Government of India reassessed the need of technical manpower and decided to set up eight new IITs. Six of these started functioning back from the academic year 2008-09.
