Aryavart Kshetriya Gramin Bank invites applications from Indian citizens, for the post of Officer in Junior Management (Scale I) Cadre and Office Assistant (Multipurpose)  from Indian citizens who have appeared at the Common Written Examination for RRBs  conducted by IBPS in September 2012 and declared qualified.

Note: I. 1. All educational qualifications should be from a recognised university/ Board 2. The result of the qualifying examination, i.e. Graduation or equivalent to graduation, as the case may be, should have been announced by the University on or before 01.06.2012.3. Candidates should have obtained the specified Total Weighted Standard Score as well as score in each test in the RRBs- Common Written Examination conducted in September 2012. II. For Officer Scale-I and Office Assistant (Multipurpose) Language Proficiency  - Candidates are required to possess proficiency in Hindi Language of the Uttar Pradesh state and must have passed ”HINDI” as one of the subjects at Matriculation/Xth Standard

Selection Procedure:For Officer Scale-I (Generalist Officer): Selection will be made on the basis of performance in RRBs- Common Written Examination (CWE) conducted by IBPS  in September 2012 and Personal Interview. Merit list of the candidates for final selection based on Total Weighted Standard Scores (TWSS) obtained by them in CWE of IBPS and Personal Interview will be prepared in descending order under
each SC/ST/OBC/UR category. For Office Assistant (Multipurpose):Selection will be made on the basis of performance in RRBs- Common Written Examination (CWE) conducted by IBPS  in September 2012 and Personal Interview. Merit list of the candidates for final  selection based on Total Weighted Standard Scores (TWSS) obtained by them in  CWE of IBPS and Personal Interview will be prepared in descending order under each SC/ST/OBC/UR category.
Application Fee : Officer (Scale I )- Rs. 20/- for SC/ST/PWD candidates.Rs.100/- for all others Office Assistant (Multipurpose)- Rs. 20/- for SC/ST/PWD/EXSM candidates.Rs.100/- for all others Requisite Application Fee may be paid through CBS at any of the CBS Branches of Aryavart Kshetriya Gramin BankThe payment towards application fee through CBS can be made between 18-01-2013 and 30-01-2013.

Service Agreement Bond:i) The selected candidates of OBC & General category for the Post of Officer ScaleI, II and III will be required to execute a service agreement bond of Rs. 1.00 lac and for SC/ST/PWD category Rs. 50,000/- to successfully complete a minimum period of two years of service in the Bank including the period spent on probation.ii) The selected candidates of OBC & General category for the Post of Office Assistant (Multipurpose) will be required to execute a service agreement bond of Rs. 50,000/- and for SC/ST/PWD/EXS category Rs. 25,000/- to successfully complete a minimum period of two years of service in the Bank including the period spent on probation.
Probation Period: Selected candidates will be on probation as under:(1) Officer Cadre (Scale-I,) - An Officer directly appointed in Group 'A' Post shall be on probation for a period of two years, which may be extended by the Appointing Authority for a period not exceeding one year.(2) Office Assistant (Multipurpose)- An employee directly appointed in Group ‘B’ shall be on probation for a period of one year which may be extended by the Appointing Authority for a period not exceeding six months.

Aryavart Gramin Bank, a Regional Rural Bank, was constituted on 3rd October 2006 after amalgamation of three Regional Rural Banks (RRBs) namely Avadh Gramin Bank, Barabanki Gramin Bank and Farrukhabad Gramin Bank as per Government of India notification no. F.No.1/4/2006-RRB dated 03-10-2006. The said three RRBs were sponsored by Bank of India and had locational proximity. Like the parental bodies, the amalgamated entity functions under Regional Rural Banks’ Act 1976 and is sponsored by Bank of India.
