The RBI has invite application for
recruitment of 06 Legal Officer. Job Requirements are, the recruited
officer has to deal with legal issues received from various departments
of the Bank and its associate institutions.
The issue is mainly related to the
interpretation of various statutes such as Foreign Exchange Management
Act 1999, Banking Regulation Act 1949, Companies Act 1956, Reserve Bank
of India Act 1934 etc. Those candidates have related LAW degree with a
minimum of 50% marks and recognized by the Bar Council of India for the
purpose of enrollment as an Advocate may apply.
