Top Five Private Recruiters in 2013

Although there are mixed reviews about the 2013 job scenario in India, some companies are going to hire candidates even if the market is showing some slowdown right now. While the economy is still facing some slowdowns, some companies are doing well and planning to expand their operations, which is good for a job seeker.
Here are top five companies, which are expected to go on a hiring spree in 2013.

#1: Accenture

Accenture is a multinational company with headquarter in Dublin, Ireland. It is the world’s largest consulting firm dealing with management consulting, technology services, and outsourcing.
As of 2012, Accenture has an employee base of 257,000 and it is planning to expand this in the near future.
India is currently the single largest employee base for Accenture with more than 80,000 employees throughout the country.
Accenture has expanded its working space in recent future and is planning to recruit significant amount of employees. The company gets most of its employees through campus placements and walk-ins. It visits most of the top B-schools for the position of Business Consultant and Analyst.

#2: Cognizant

In 2012, Industry saw a major recruitment drive from cognizant with record 1820 offers made only to VIT University. This year too, Cognizant is planning to hire more employees.
Cognizant primarily works in IT services and Outsourcing. It is the third largest IT services organisation in the world and had an active workforce of 150,000 employees in 2012. Cognizant is also among the top 10 companies receiving H1-B visa to bring immigrant workers to the United States. Thus, working for cognizant can give you the chance to work in the US.
Cognizant hires through campus placement and conducts the placement drive in most of the reputed engineering colleges of India. You can join Cognizant as a software developer, business analyst, or executive for voice operations, depending on the position for which you have given interview.
#3: Axis Bank

Axis Bank is one of the largest banks of India. Headquartered in Mumbai, they have more than 21,000 employees in 1600 branches spread throughout the country.
Apart from normal hiring procedures such as campus placements, Axis Bank has launched a new program for hiring in 2012 called their Young Banker Program. They take suitable candidates for the extensive training program and after that, the candidates are offered position of assistant manager at any branch of Axis Bank.
#4: Tata Consultancy Services

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is one of the largest software firms in India. TCS is always in search of good employers. It is one of the largest hiring organisations in 2011 and 2012.
TCS is planning to take their recruitment drive further in 2013 with plans of 60,000 recruitments for this fiscal year. TCS mostly hires through campus placements drives, which run in almost all the engineering and management colleges in India.

#5: Bharti Group

Bharti Group is one the oldest telecom company of India. With its operations spread across Asia, Africa, and Europe, it is also one of the largest telecom companies of the world.
Bharti-Airtel has more than 21,000 active employees and they are planning to expand their employee base further. Most of the positions offered by the Bharti Airtel are in Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
You can get job as a Sales executive, Area Marketing Manager, Market Planning Head etc.
These companies are from different fields such as IT, Consulting, Banking, and Management.
